Craft challenge accepted

I've taken on a craft challenge in support of creativity. Five 'pieces' for five people, to be delivered during the course of 2011.

Awaiting the completion of the chain reaction (that will determine my five receivers) gives me time to deliberate over whether this seemingly borderless challenge is really as open as it first might seem, and also what factors will make it worthwhile. Good thing the year has just started!
